I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges, providing them with the tools to build resilience, foster personal growth, and achieve lasting emotional well-being. At Dukette Wellness Solutions, we offer a wide range of services, including therapy for individuals aged 12 and older, life coaching, and specialized support for those facing aging-related transitions.
With a strong background in social services, including my work as a CCBHC Project Director and Health Home Supervisor, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals and families face when it comes to mental health and aging. I hold a Master's degree in Gerontology and am currently pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling, further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where all clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
In addition to offering therapeutic services, I provide assistance with entitlement program navigation, helping clients access essential benefits such as Medicaid, Medicare, and disability services. We accept most insurance plans in New York State, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need. My Story
I have over a decade of experience in social services, with a strong focus on supporting individuals and families through the complexities of mental health and entitlement programs. My background includes extensive work as an insurance coordinator at Fresenius, where I managed the intricacies of insurance claims, authorizations, and entitlements, ensuring clients received the care they needed. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face when navigating insurance systems and entitlement programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and disability benefits.
In my role, I worked directly with clients to help them access critical resources and overcome barriers to care. I understand that these processes can be overwhelming, and I’m passionate about guiding clients through the paperwork, advocacy, and approvals necessary to secure the support they deserve. I have developed a keen ability to navigate complex systems, ensuring that clients not only understand their options but also receive the assistance they need to achieve financial stability and maintain their health.
